Return/Exchange of goods

An exchange or store credit can be given within 28 days of purchase provided the item is in original, saleable condition and the purchasing receipt/invoice is presented. Item must be unworn, unwashed, and otherwise unused, in original packaging with tags/labels still attached. Item must be undamaged and free from marks, stains, rips etc.

Boots or Shoes showing signs of wear on the sole, or with a missing or damaged box, will not be accepted for return. Please try on boots or shoes on a carpeted surface to ensure no damage occurs to the soles.

No exchanges or store credits are provided on certain items, such as underwear, made-to-order, decorated/personalised garments or items, gift vouchers, consumable items, clearance items.

Special Orders for items that are not stocked items are non-returnable. No exchanges or store credit will be given for Special Orders.

Returns procedure;

  1. Contact us by email at info@wlmorisset.com.au with the reason you would like to return or exchange the goods. Please include your order number and contact details in the email.
  2. One of our team members will provide you with instructions for returning the goods.
  3. If the goods are to be returned please ensure the goods are;
    a) Unworn, unwashed, unused, undamaged & free from any marks, dirt, perfumes, smoke, stretching, scuffs, stains, rips etc
    b) In their original packaging with all tags/labels still attached. Items must be in their original saleable condition.
    c) Please include a copy of your invoice with the returned goods.

Please note freight fees are non-refundable and return freight fees are at the customers expense.

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet with our Returns Policy.

Refunds

No refunds are given on change of mind items.

Refunds will only be given on manufacturing faults, according to the manufacturers standards.

Manufacturers fault/Faulty goods

If you believe there is a manufacturing fault with your product, you must notify us within 5 Working days of receiving the goods. Please present the items in store, or alternatively email photos of the defect to info@wlmorisset.com.au.

Our customer service team will provide details of the faulty goods claims procedure.

Goods with manufacturing faults need to be presented to the manufacturer for inspection. Please allow up to two weeks for this process from when we have received the faulty items.

If the product is found to be faulty you have the option of receiving either a replacement of the same goods, or a full refund excluding the shipping cost. If it is deemed that the product does not contain a manufacturing fault, the product will be returned to you.

Refunds or replacements are at the sole discretion of Worklocker Morisset and its manufacturers/suppliers.
